Over 20 years ago, I stumbled into nonprofit work by chance and quickly found my purpose. Throughout my career, I have applied my strong organizational skills to establish and improve processes, streamline operational functions, and improve outcomes in both programmatic and organizational applications.

In my role as Executive Director for a small nonprofit, I re-established financial stability, developed a strong and functioning Board of Directors, and expanded mission-aligned initiatives. As a grant writer, I have secured more than $20 million dollars for a variety of nonprofit organizations to advance mission-based work from federal, state, local, private and community funding sources.

As a consultant, I have worked with numerous organizations of all shapes and sizes, helping to define strategic goals, establish operational continuity, implement systems, secure funding, support Board development, fill organizational gaps, and advance mission-based goals.

My personal mission is to share the insights, skills, and experiences I’ve gained over the years to empower organizations to fulfill their purpose effectively and sustainably.
